Terms and Policies


Placing Your Order

 

Find a product, click the AddCartButton.gif button, and choose your shipping destination. The system will automatically calculate and display the total amount of your order.  We won't ask you for any personal information until you're ready to check out.

 

Once you've finalized your list of products and you're ready to make a purchase, click the  CheckoutButton.gif button and follow the billing instructions to complete your order.

 

We can deliver your order in the shortest time possible and keep you informed of its progress. You will receive an email message confirming our receipt of your order within minutes.

 

 

Transaction Currency

 

You can use the Currency Converter available in the web site to change the currency of the prices.  If you wish to place your order using your preferred currency, you may do so. In the generated invoice, the total amount of your order will be in the currency that you selected. However, there will be an equivalent value of the total amount in UAE Dirham.

Credit Card


Once you have logged in as a customer, you can purchase products and choose Credit  Card as your payment option. Click PaymentButton.gif button then, you will be directed  to the 2CheckOut page. Place your personal and credit card information and then  complete money transaction. You will then, receive an email confirming your payment.

 

Bank Deposit

 

This is an excellent substitute to using a credit card. The bank details will appear on your screen when you click PaymentButtonContinue.gif button. Once you have provided payment, your order will be completed. 

 

Cheque

 

Once you choose this payment option, you should write a cheque in the name of AV-PLUS FZ LLC with the total amount of your order. Note that once the amount has been credited, your order will be completed.

 

This payment option is only available within U.A.E. 

 

Cash on Delivery

 

This payment option is the simplest of all. You just need to prepare the total amount of your order in cash. As soon as we deliver the goods, let our delivery staff receive the cash and we will give you your invoice in return.

Shipping

When you place an order, we will estimate the shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilo.

Your order will be delivered to the address you indicated when you place your order. All goods must be signed for by an authorized person on delivery.

NOTICE: We can only ship to the following countries: UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon and Syria.

 

Product Warranty

Our products carry a 1-Year Warranty from the date it is received by the original purchaser.

All returned items will be inspected for warranty eligibility. We will replace or repair the product based on our findings. Products damaged as a result of abuse, misuse, improper repairs or maintenance, improper installation, alteration or modification will not be covered by the warranty. The warranty is limited only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

 

Our liability does not cover lost or stolen packages shipped back by the customer containing the items being claimed under warranty. Because the customer is the shipper, only the customer can file a lost claim with the shipping company, therefore any shipping claim must be coordinated and processed through the shipping company by the customer.

 

 

Privacy Policy

You are free to browse our web site anonymously without creating an account or providing any personal information. However, when you are ready to place an order, you will need to create an account. The information you provide will allow us to process your orders and advise you of your order status. To create your account, we need to know your name, shipping address, billing address, phone number and email address. You can make changes in your information during the check out process.

 

For your protection, we do not store your credit card number in your account file. This means that once you leave the checkout process, your credit card number is no longer accessible and must be re-entered during any future checkout processes. We've designed our system this way so that if someone using your computer does gain unauthorized access to your account, they will not be able to see your credit card number.

Customer Details: When you place an order through this website, we need to know your name, e-mail, phone number, address and credit card details if paying by credit card. This allows us to process and fulfill your order successfully. It also helps us in maintaining your account.

Furthermore, all of the sensitive customer data we collect is protected by several layers of encryption and several layers of security to prevent unauthorized access.

Credit Card Details: All credit card payments are processed securely through the e-commerce Payment Gateway. Payment by credit card is the fastest way to receive your order, as there is no clearance delay. Avstores.com does not store any credit card information on our servers.

AV Plus LLC reserves the right, at any time, to modify, alter or change our privacy policy, and you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations or changes. We will post those updates on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it.

Payment Gateway Information: Our payment options presently available are limited but, most importantly, safe and secure. We offer Credit Card payments for general users and Purchase Orders for approved wholesale customers. None of your payment details are stored - this ensures you will be happy with the security of your transaction.


Return Policy

 We pride ourselves in handling returns in a professional and expedient manner. Please familiarize yourself with the following to make sure that you are aware of all contingencies when you place an order with www.avstores.com.

 

Returned products will only be accepted in the event that we sent you the wrong or defective products. If your product is defective on arrival, please notify AV-PLUS within 14 days of receiving the product. Return the defective or wrongly shipped product to us within 14 days of notification.

 

If incorrect products have been sent to you, you must notify us of the error within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange the incorrect goods to be returned to us at no charge to you. The correct goods will be dispatched immediately with no extra postage charges incurred by the buyer. You are required to pay any charges if you have ordered the incorrect products and ship the products back to AV Plus.

Please retain your Invoice/receipt in the event of any return, as we require proof of purchase before any refunds can be processed.

If you return a product because it was defective on arrival but we find that the product is in full working condition or any defects or damage were caused after you receive the product, it will be returned to you. You will be invoiced a processing fee and any freight costs associated with the return. These invoiced amounts will be payable within 14 days of receipt of invoice.

 

Returns shipped back to AV Plus without prior authorization will be refused.
